Available Facilities

Equipment included in the hire

The Hall space is approximately 10m wide x 15m long, with a floor to ceiling height of approximately 3.6m. Please be aware both the Hall and conservatory have ceiling fans for the comfort of hirers and their guests.

Within the Main hall are:

  • 102 metal framed-plastic chairs
  • 20 metal framed-wood topped tables (each 120cm long x 60cm wide x 70cm high)
  • 7 metal framed-wood topped ‘folding’ tables, which includes
    • 2 long, 2 medium and 3 small tables (each 183cm/152cm/92cm long x 76cm wide x 70cm high)

Within the Conservatory there are:

  • 3 ‘bistro-style’ chrome tables, each with 4 metal-fabric cushioned chairs

All the furniture can be configured to suit hirers needs and preference.

Not included in the Hall hire

Children’s Play Area / Community Field
Adjacent to the Hall is a small Children’s play area and community field. Hirers and their guests are welcome to use these areas, however, these are public spaces owned by Colney Heath Parish Council, and as such hirers will not have exclusive rights to these areas. As you will anticipate, these areas are popular with local residents and their children, who also enjoy these public spaces. BBQ
To the rear of the Hall is a brick-built barbeque. This is not included in the hire of the Hall and we politely request hirers do not use this area.
